3. Third-Party Job Listings

Our platform aggregates job listings from third-party sources including Adzuna, USAJobs, Remotive, Arbeitnow, and Jooble. Regarding these listings:

  • We provide links and attribution to the original job sources
  • We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of external job listings
  • Applications for aggregated jobs are processed by the respective source platforms
  • We may remove third-party listings upon request from the original poster or source platform

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and truthful information in your profile
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses AI to help generate resumes, cover letters, and other application materials:

  • AI-generated content is based on information you provide
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use
  • We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will result in successful job applications
  • You should not include false or misleading information in your profile or applications

6. Employer Services

For employers using our paid job posting services:

  • Job postings must be for legitimate employment opportunities
  • You must have authorization to post jobs on behalf of your organization
  • Payments are processed through PayPal and are subject to their terms
  • Refunds are handled according to our refund policy

7. Data Retention

Application tracking data is retained for 3 months. After this period, data may be automatically archived or deleted. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to unsuccessful job applications or reliance on job listing information.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
