What Data Is Used?

When you use our AI features, we may send the following to our AI provider:

  • Your profile information: Skills, experience, education, and career summary
  • Job details: Job title, description, requirements, and company information
  • Your questions: What you ask the AI assistant

We use this information only to generate helpful responses. Your data is not used to train AI models.

Our AI Provider

We use OpenAI to power our AI features. When AI features are enabled:

  • Your requests are processed through OpenAI's API
  • OpenAI processes the data according to their privacy policy and terms
  • We do not share your data with OpenAI for model training purposes

AI is not perfect. Always review and verify AI-generated content before using it.

No guarantees. Using our AI features does not guarantee you will get a job, interview, or any specific outcome.

Your responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring all information in your applications is accurate and truthful.

Errors are possible. AI may make mistakes, misinterpret information, or generate content that needs revision.

Your Control Over AI Data

You have full control over your AI conversation data:

  • Clear chat: Clear your conversation history within the AI assistant
  • Delete all AI data: Permanently delete all your AI conversation data from our servers via the Data Controls page
  • Optional storage: AI conversations may be stored to provide continuity, but you can delete them at any time
